摘 要: | 通过纳滤分离技术,采用卷式有机膜,对甘氨酸甲醇母液进行分离,在高温高压下,通过精馏、蒸发透过液得到氯化铵产品,节流液通过过滤、脱色和精馏操作得到催化剂乌洛托品可再次应用于甘氨酸生产中循环使用。

Abstract: | Through nanofiltration separation technology, the roll type organic membrane was used to separate the mother liquor of glycine methanol. Under high temperature and pressure, ammonium chloride product was obtained by distillation and evaporation through the liquor, and the catalyst Urotropine obtained by filtration, decolorization and distillation of throttling liquor could be reused in glycine production. |
