某碎屑岩油藏生产管柱腐蚀原因剖析及对策

摘    要:对于多数油藏,原油中含硫和天然气中含CO_2和H_2S气体,地层水呈现偏酸性,会对油井生产管柱造成腐蚀,增加生产作业成本。结合W油藏流体性质、地层温度及压力等情况,对管柱腐蚀影响因素进行分析,包括气体分压值、pH值、温度、氯离子浓度等5方面,并提出具体治理对策,可为其它油藏提供借鉴经验。

Cause Analysis and Countermeasure of Pipe String Corrosion in Clastic Rock Reservoir

Abstract:For most reservoirs, sulfur in crude oil and CO_2 and H_2 S in natural gas, formation water is acidic, which will cause corrosion of production string and increase production cost. Combining with the fluid properties, formation temperature and pressure of W reservoir, this paper analyses the influencing factors of pipe string corrosion, including gas partial pressure value, pH value, temperature, chloride ion concentration and acidification, and puts forward specific countermeasures, which can provide reference for other reservoirs.
