高刚性聚丙烯催化剂制备影响条件的研究

摘    要:聚丙烯催化剂是工业生产中最常见的催化剂,为了提高聚丙烯的高刚性高等规度,对催化剂做了一系列的改进。采用二酯类给电子体,得出温度为-22℃,搅拌速度350r/min、反应时间在3h时制备的催化剂能达到制备高刚性聚丙烯的要求。

Study on Two Ester Catalyst for Electron Donor Polypropylene

Abstract:Polypropylene catalyst is the most common type of catalyst in the industrial production, in order to improve the high rigidity higher normality of polypropylene, we to the catalyst made a series of improvements, this experiment adopts two esters to electronic, it is concluded that the temperature was minus22 ℃, stirring speed of 350 r/min, reaction time on preparation of catalysts to the preparation of 3 h the requirements of high stiffness polypropylene.
