甲醇精馏和二甲醚生产中杂醇油的提浓回收探析

摘    要:在甲醇精馏与二甲醚生产的过程中,通过先进设备对杂醇油进行有效提浓回收,并在此基础上将精馏预塔进行全面改造,能够有效避免杂醇油浓度过低的情况,同时还可确保公司污水处理装置正常运行,这对我国企业未来经济发展具有较大促进作用。以宁夏某化工有限责任公司为例进行分析,并提出几点意见,仅供参考。

Analysis on Concentration Recovery of Fusel Oil in Methanol Distillation and Dimethyl Ether Production

Abstract:In the process of methanol rectification and dimethyl ether production, the fusel oil is effectively concentrated and recovered through advanced equipment, and on this basis The rectification pretower is fully reformed, which can effectively avoid the situation that the concentration of fusel oil is too low, and at the same time ensure the normal operation of the company's sewage treatment equipment,which will greatly promote the future economic development of Chinese enterprises.This paper takes China's chemical limited liability company as an example for analysis. and put forward some opinions for reference only.
