油气管道腐蚀检测及管道防护技术探讨

摘    要:对于油气管道而言,腐蚀问题较为常见,针对管道的腐蚀检测及管道防护问题,结合相关技术的国内外发展现状,对油气管道质量的重要性进行系统分析,对目前常见的油气管道腐蚀检测技术进行探讨和对比,对常见的管道防护技术进行探讨,为油气管道腐蚀检测及管道防护技术的进一步发展奠定基础。

Discussion on corrosion detection and pipeline protection technology of oil and gas pipelines

Abstract:For oil and gas pipelines, the corrosion problem is more common. For the corrosion detection and pipeline protection of pipelines, combined with the development status of related technologies at home and abroad, the importance of the quality of oil and gas pipelines is systematically analyzed, and the current common oil and gas pipelines are corroded. The detection technology is discussed and compared,and common pipeline protection technologies are discussed to lay the foundation for the further development of oil and gas pipeline corrosion detection and pipeline protection technology. Research shows that since the quality of pipelines is directly related to the operational safety of pipelines, it is very important to improve the quality of oil and gas pipelines as much as possible. The common corrosion detection techniques are frequency conversion frequency selection method, human body capacitance method and PCM method, among which PCM method more advanced; common pipeline protection technologies include corrosion inhibitor anti-corrosion technology, pipe coating technology, ordinary carbon steel technology, corrosion-resistant alloy tube technology and FRP or plastic pipe technology. In order to ensure pipeline safety,relevant technologies can be selected to reduce pipeline corrosion rate.
