板料弯曲成形性能的有限元模拟研究

摘    要:介绍了以Pro/E为模具结构设计平台,利用有限元动力分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA的前处理和求解模块对板料的弯曲成形过程进行数值模拟,分析了板料的弯曲性能,研究了弯曲半径对板料弯曲成形质量的影响,利用LS-PREPOST后处理器查看结果,得出应力应变曲线,为板料成形性能的检验提供了依据。

Abstract:Taking Pro/E as design platform of die structure, the sheet metal forming was simulated by using the preprocessor and solver of finite element dynamic analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The bending performance was analyzed, and the influence of bending radius on the material forming quality was studied. The simulating results can be examined by LS-PREPOST and the stress-strain curve be concluded.
