HNBR4种补强填充体系的研究

摘    要:分别研究了炭黑N330,炭黑N550,炭黑N660和炭黑N774对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)硫化特性和力学性能的影响,并考察了4种炭黑在HNBR中的分散度和Payne效应。结果表明,炭黑N550的胶料焦烧时间和正硫化时间均最长,分散度最好。随着炭黑粒径的逐渐增大,硫化胶拉伸强度、定伸应力和硬度均逐渐减小,拉断伸长率却逐渐增大。4种炭黑胶料的Payne效应强弱顺序为炭黑N330〉炭黑N550〉炭黑N660〉炭黑N774。

Abstract:Effects of carbon black N330, carbon black N550, carbon black N660 and carbon black N774 on curing characteristics and mechanical properties of HNBR were studied, respectively, and dispersion degree of 4 kinds of carbon blacks and Payne Effect of HNBR were investigated. The results showed that HNBR/N550 compound had the longest scorch time and optimum curing time, and the dispersion degree was the best compared with other carbon black. The tensile strength, modulus and hardness gradually decreased with the increase of carbon black particles size, the elongation at break gradually increased. The Payne Effect order of the four kinds of carbon black was N330〉N550〉N660〉N774.
