分析了我国纺织行业在运用高新技术方面存在的问题，并从加快提高企业的自主创新能力、加快信息技术的推广应用、大力开发和应用纺织新材料及功能性纺织品、加大新型成套设备的技术攻关和产业化、采用先进的纺纱、织造、染整加工技术、注重技术引进、消化吸收和创新等方面，有针对性地提出了运用高新技术改造提升我国纺织产业的对策。
