摘    要:针对丁基锂装置主要设备分散釜频繁出现的分散效果差的情况,系统地分析了出现该问题的主要影响因素,并提出了改进措施,改进后取得了较好成效,解决了分散釜分散不好的问题,提高了丁基锂的收率。

Abstract:Based on the behavior of frequent poor dispersion results to lithium in the dispersion vessel which is one of main equipment in the butyl lithium plant,the important influencing factor to the problem is analyzed systematically,and the improvement approach proposed.The problem of poor dispersion is resolve,yield of butyl lithium increased by the improvement implemented.
