摘    要:考虑到大量使用生铁使铁液收缩倾向增大且使铸件性能降低,以及为解决铸铁熔炼所需原材料生铁价格不断上涨等问题,在缸体类铸铁产品的生产中,采用合成铸铁,即废钢加增碳剂增碳的方式进行铸铁生产。此工艺采用增硫防止石墨长成粗大片状,适当的合金化和孕育处理,可以使铁液的收缩倾向得到明显改善。采用合成铸铁生产的缸体类产品力学性能和金相组织均优于传统熔炼工艺生产的铸铁产品。

Production Technique of Cylinder Casting Using Synthetic Casting Iron

Abstract:It is considered that using pig iron in large fraction would increase shrinkage tendency of the molten iron and decrease properties of castings and the price of pig iron is continually rising. To resolve the problems above, the synthetic cast iron, i.e. scrap steel with carburant, was applied to the cylinder" s production. It is necessary, in order to produce hi- strength gray iron castings , increase sulphur content to prevent the graphite from growing into coarse flakes, proper alloying and inoculation can obviously decrease the shrinkage tendency of the molten iron. Results of trial production show that both the mechanical property and microstructure of cylinder castings produced with the synthetic cast iron are better than that of the traditional ones.
