| 摘 要： | 介绍了中石化齐鲁分公司第一化肥厂气改煤前后的运行情况，比较了改造前后装置的工艺流程及技术特点，阐述了装置改造后的技术性能指标。经过技术改造考核，尿素装置的生产能力大幅提高，最高日产量达到了552．4t，基本上达到了设计能力，使企业摆脱了被动局面。

| Abstract: | The operation is described of the No. 1 Chemical Fertilizer Plant of SINOPEC Qilu Branch before and after the replacement of coking gas by coal, a comparison is made of the process flow and technical features before and after the revamp, and the technical indicators of performance after the revamp are briefly presented. After an examination of the technical renovation, it is found that the capacity of the urea unit increases by a big margin, with the highest daily output at 552.4 t, essentially reaching the design capacity, and the plant extricates itself from the passive situation. |
