深孔管道光学测量装置的研究

摘    要:火炮身管内膛的检测一直是国内外未能有效解决的难题,针对这个现状,同时结合我国兵器生产,使用和试验的实际需求,采用轮式微型管内移动装置,通过行走装置及光学系统设计,对变径管道进行测量以及缺陷检测.主要利用内膛表面在CCD相机上所成的像,同时实现膛线参数的检测和磨损程度的检测.实验证明该结构简单,运行速度快,对直径变化在25~40(mm)之间的变径管道可以有效进行检测.

Abstract:The measurement technique on the artillery pipe's inner wall remains a difficult problem. To tackle this difficulty and meet the need of the measurement,an exciting measurement method is proposed to detect the in-pipe with the diameter varying from 25 mm to 40 mm.With simple frame and rapid speed, the equipment can detect the defect and measure the variational radius pipeline.By studying the image on the CCD camera,the profile line and the flaw can be detected and measured at the same time.The experimental results show this method is effective.
