柱形高压气瓶内窥伺服系统研究

摘    要:介绍了柱形高压气瓶内窥伺服系统的功能、软硬件结构和关键技术。系统以工控机为操作平台,以基于PCI总线的两轴运动控制模块为上位控制端,结合伺服放大模块、伺服电机、同步带传动机构和位置传感器搭建硬件框架;在LabVIEW7.0环境下编写控制程序,实现了摄像头两个自由度的精确控制,具有很大的工程应用价值。

Abstract:The function, hardware and software structure, and pivotal technology are introduced. This system makes Industrial computer the operating plane, uses 2 axes servo motion control module with PCI interface as its main moving control device, and combines with servo driver, servo motor, precise transmission machine and position sensor to make up of the hardware structure. Its control program is based on LabVIEW7.0 environment. The system can precisely control the camera move in two degrees of freedom, and can be widely used in engineering.
