摘    要:虚警率是困扰鱼雷测试性技术发展的主要问题之一,目前在理论和技术指导方面,均缺少明确的可直接使用的鱼雷虚警率试验验证标准和方法。为此提出了基于机内测试(BIT)和自动测试设备(ATE)联合工作、人工测试和综合诊断手段共用的鱼雷虚警率验证试验方法。在对基于自然故障和基于模拟故障进行验证试验的特点进行比较后,确定以自然故障作为样本进行验证试验。全文依次从试验准备工作、试验实施程序和验证试验方案3个方面论述了虚警率的验证试验方法,最后通过实例检验了试验方法的正确性和科学合理性。

Abstract:The false alarm rate is one of the main problems blocking the development ot torpeao testability tecnnology. In this paper, a verification test method of false alarm rate for a torpedo is presented based on the combination of built-in test (BIT) and automatic test equipment(ATE) together with the characteristics of verification test between spontaneous manual testing and comprehensive diagnosis. By comparing faults and simulation faults, spontaneous faults are selected as the verification test sample. The verification test method is discussed from the aspects of test preparations, imple- mentation procedure and test scheme. Example verifies the correctness and rationality of the present method.
