复合材料失效及其强度理论

摘    要:材料的失效破坏是一个复杂的过程,迄今为止已有上百个理论模型来研究材料的强度问题,本文重点介绍了统一强度理论,它给出了一系列破坏准则,并建立了准则之间的关系.根据复合材料的特点以及基体、增强相、界面、工艺对复合材料强度的影响关系,阐述了复合材料的宏观强度理论中不同破坏准则之间的差异和特点,并指出采用宏观与细观相结合的方法研究复合材料损伤和强度理论的必要性.

Abstract:Failure and damage of composite materials are complex processes, and there have been hundreds of theoretical models focusing on the research of materials strength. Unified strength theory is emphasized in this paper, which provides a series of damage criteria and establishes their relationship. Distinction and characteristics of different damage criteria of composites macro - strength theory are demonstrated, based on the characteristics of composites and the effect of matrix, reinforcement, interface and process on composites strength. Besides, for the purpose of researching theory of damage and strength, the necessity of adopting both macroscopic and microscopic methods is also pointed out.
