红外成像检漏技术在SF_6设备检修工作中的应用

摘    要:提高技术人员SF6气体泄漏检测水平,使技术人员能更快速、准确地发现气体泄漏点。对广西电网近期SF6电气设备的气体泄漏检测工作进行统计,并分析红外成像检漏技术在广西电网的应用情况。根据统计数据得出,设备易发生气体泄漏的部位为法兰盘密封处、压力表连接处、气体管道处、焊接处等,对各泄漏部位发生泄漏的原因进行剖析,并提出相应的运维建议。SF6红外成像检漏技术的应用推广,使得技术人员在电气设备现场检修工作中迅速、准确地查找到SF6气体泄漏点。

Abstract:In order to improve the SF6 gas leakage detection level of technicians, and to make technicians find out the gas leakage point quickly and precisely, the statistics of recent gas leakage detection work of SF6 electric device in Guangxi power grid is done, and the application of infrared imaging leak detection technology is analyzed. Based on the statistic data, locations of device in which gas is easy to leak are the seal of flange, the connection of pressure gauge, the pipeline of gas and the welding point and so on. Leakage reasons of each leakage part are analyzed, and corresponding operation and maintenance suggestions are proposed. The application and popularization of SF6 infrared imaging leak detection technology will make technicians quickly and precisely find out the SF6 gas leakage point in the field electric device maintenance work.
