煤中氮的测定影响因素分析

对影响煤中氮测定准确性的影响因素如煤样要求和称取、对数据空白值的影响、难消化煤样对煤中氮测定的影响及解决方法进行了分析。得出减少试样用量并不能达到相应减少试剂量的目的,空白时加入蔗糖,其试验条件与测定煤中氮的试验条件更加接近。对难消化煤样做了相应试验研究,对影响测试结果准确性的若干因素进行探讨。

Analysis of Influence Factors on Determination of Nitrogen in the Coal

The influence factors affecting the accuracy of the determination of nitrogen in the coal such as coal sample, weighing accuracy ,and decomposition of the hard coal samples, the influence of nitrogen in coal on blank value data were analyzed,the corresponding solutions were put forward , the experiment of the hard coal samples were studied. It was concluded that reducing the dosage of sample couldn＇t achieve the goal of reducing the test dose, the test conditions at blank with sucrose were more close to the test conditions of determination of nitrogen in the coal.
