教学三矿残煤复采技术研究与实践

摘    要:豫西"三软"煤层矿区,煤层赋存不稳定,采空区残留有大量煤炭。针对这一情况,采用整体顶梁组合悬移支架配合采煤机机采放顶煤和局部地段炮采的工艺复采残煤,从技术和管理的角度控制复采面煤质,并加强瓦斯灾害与采空区积水水害的预防,保证开采安全,也为类似情况矿井提供残煤复采工艺参考。

Abstract:" Three soft" coal seam hosting was unstable, a large of coal resources was lost in goal of western Henan Province. Based on this situation, combined suspension support with whole roof beam combined with shearer and blasting mining in local area was adopted, from the management and technology angle, many measures were taken to control coal quality of repeated mining, gas disaster and goal water disaster prevention were strengthened to ensure mining safety, which provided reference for repeated mining technology of similar mine.
