松软煤层煤壁注水防片帮技术研究

摘    要:基于软煤层工作面煤壁强度低、自承载能力弱,在工作面回采期间容易出现片帮现象的问题,以山西鑫飞能源投资集团有限公司5102工作面为例,分析了该软煤层工作面煤壁片帮机理和影响片帮的主要因素,提出利用煤层注水来预防片帮,试验结果表明,通过该措施的实施有效地控制了煤壁片帮问题,同时还较好的改善了工作面作业环境,对于提高工作面安全水平和开采速度奠定了基础。

Abstract:Based on the low strength of soft coal seam working face of coal wall and weak bearing capacity, with rib spalling easily happening in working face recovery, 5102 working face of Shanxi Xinfei Energy Investment Group Corporation Ltd.was taken as the example, coal seam water injection was used to prevent rib spalling, the experiment result showed that the measure implementation could effectively control rib spalling problem, meanwhile, improve the working face environment,lay a foundation for improving the safety and mining speed of the working face.
