摘    要:化工行业为能源消耗大户之一,为降低能源与资源消耗,提高能源利用效率和企业节能管理水平,完成国家节能减排目标,建设一个设计合理、功能完备并与生产管理系统紧密结合的现代化的化工企业能源管理系统(EMS)意义重大。重点介绍了EMS建设的设计目标、功能范围和EMS网络系统实现等内容。提出通过EMS系统信息平台实现了对集团水、电、煤、蒸汽等能源的集中调度、集中管理、分散控制,保证了企业能源生产和消耗的平衡,充分合理利用了能源,减少了能源浪费,实现了生产工艺和设备运行的实时监测、安全环保视频监控及应急预案联动等。

Abstract:Chemical industry is one of the highest energy consumption industries.In order to reduce the consumption of energy and resource, improve the efficiency of energy utilization and energy management, realize the target of the country's energy consumption and pollution reduction, it is significant to build a modern chemical enterprise EMS which is well designed, function is complete and is combined closely with the production and management system.The design objectives, scope of the functionality and implementation of EMS network system were introduced.It was pointed out that using the information platform of EMS, the centralized scheduling, management and decentralized control of internal water,electricity, coal and steam resource etc.can be achieved, thereby ensuring the production and consumption balance,reasonable and full-scale utilization of energy source within the enterprises, reducing the loss and waste of energy source,realizing the real-time detection for the production processes and device running, video surveillance of safe and environmental protection as well as the association of contingency plans etc..
