低温循环水余热回收供暖技术

摘    要:电厂循环冷却水余热属于低品位热能,一般情况下直接向环境释放,造成了巨大的能源浪费。随着热泵技术的日趋成熟和快速发展,某煤矸石热电厂计划采用溴化锂吸收式热泵机组回收低温热能进行供热。根据当地采暖负荷发展的实际情况,本期项目拟定最大设计热负荷为80 MW,增设2台吸收式热泵,并联,制热量均为20 MW;增设2台热网加热器,并联,换热量均为20 MW。经过对改造前后重要数据的对比分析,采用热泵技术进行供暖,经济和社会效益显著。

Abstract:Power plant cooling water heat belong to low-grade heat source, released directly to the environment under normal circumstances, thereby causing a huge waste of energy. As the technology matures and the rapid development of heat pump, a gangue power plant planed to use a lithium bromide absorption heat pump to recover the low temperature heat energy for heating. According to the actual development of local heating load,the current projects proposed maximum design heat load was 80 MW, two additional absorption heat pump connected in parallel,and the heating capacity was both 20 MW, two additional heating network heaters connected in parallel, the heat transfer connected both 20 MW. Through the comparison and analysis of the important data of before after the transformation, the heat pump heating technology had significant economic and social benefits.
