PLC自动控制在双套管输灰系统中的优化及应用

摘    要:传统双套管输灰系统存在灰路堵管、灰管磨损以及堵管报警不能区分管路真实状态等突出问题。基于双套管输灰技术原理,分析双套管输灰系统的工艺流程特点,通过优化PLC逻辑控制程序实现系统的改造。在海门电厂、贵港电厂除灰系统改造中应用了该PLC逻辑控制程序优化方法。应用结果表明:灰路堵管、灰管磨损、堵管报警不能正确区分管路真实状态等问题得到解决,除灰系统的安全性、经济性、可靠性得到有效提高。该PLC逻辑控制程序优化方法对电厂的除灰系统程控改造具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Traditional double cashing ash transmission system has problems including the block of ash pipeline, the abrasion of ash pipeline and the pipeline block warning without distinguishing the actual situation of pipeline. Based on the principle of double cashing ash transmission technology, the art process characteristics of double cashing ash transmission system are analyzed, and the modification of the system is realized by optimizing the PLC logic control program. The optimization method of PLC logic control program has been applied in the modification of ash transmission system in Haimen power plant and Guigang power plant. Application results show that problems have been solved including the block of ash pipeline, the abrasion of ash pipeline and the pipeline block warning without distinguishing the actual situation of pipeline. The security, economy and reliability of ash transmission system have been improved effectively. The proposed optimization method of PLC logic control program has important guiding significance to the modification of ash transmission system in power plant.
