SCP一体机在6.25m捣固焦炉中额定与极限推焦电流及炉墙负荷核算

针对SCP一体机在国内第一座6.25 m捣固焦炉的最适推焦力及推焦阻力国内尚无理论计算的情况,对6.25 m捣固焦炉生产中SCP一体机推焦电流进行了核算,并针对一体机推焦电流的大小对炉墙的负荷进行了预测,确定了电机额定电流263 A作为6.25 m捣固焦炉推焦极限电流,402 A作为极限推焦电流,不仅可以满足生产安全需求,而且可延长大型捣固焦炉的使用寿命。

Limit of Coke Pushing Current and Calculation of Furnace Wall Load of SCP Machine in 6.25 m Stamping Coke Oven

There is no theoretical calculation of the optimal coke pushing force and coke pushing resistance of SCP all-in-one in the domestic first 6.25 m of tamping coke oven, so, the coke pushing electric current of SCP machine in the production of 6.25 m tamping coke oven was accounted, when the load of coke pushing current on the furnace wall was forecasted. The motor rated current 263 A was determined as limit current of 6.25 m tamping coke oven coke pushing ,and 402 A as the limit current of coke pushing,the demand of production safety could be met, and the service life of large tamping coke oven could be prolonged.
