微波消解-原子荧光法测定硫磺中的痕量砷

摘    要:针对中石化济南分公司比色法分析硫磺中砷含量误差较大的情况,采用了微波消解处理样品,密闭微波消解样品处理新技术。介绍了用微波消解法处理工业硫磺条件,原子荧光法测定硫磺中的痕量砷的操作条件、影响因素及应注意的问题。采用微波消解方法进行样品处理,在给定条件下,该方法的检测限是0.01μg/L,RSD为2.4%。该方法测定硫磺中砷灵敏度高,准确度高,线性范围宽。

Abstract:According to a larger analysis error by colorimetric method in determining arsenic in sulfur in SINOPEC Jinan Company, the new technology microwave digestion and hermetic microwave digestion was used to process samples.It was introduced that processing conditions of microwave digestion for treatment of industrial sulfur and operating conditions,influence factors and advertent questions of atomic fluorescence spectrometric method for determination of trace arsenic in sulfur.The limited detection of microwave digestion for processing samples is 0.01μg/L; RSD is 2.4%.This method to detecting arsenic in sulphur has the advantages of high sensitivity, high accuracy and wider linearity.
