山区村庄保护煤柱留设及采动影响变形预计

摘    要:在矿井设计中合理确定山区村庄保护煤柱,确保村庄或城镇安全,是矿井设计面临的主要问题之一。针对这一问题,以和平煤矿设计实际情况为例,介绍了山区村庄保护煤柱的留设方法,研究并验算了煤柱留设后村庄的主要变形值。结果表明,村庄距采空区边界最近处对应主要变形值在规定的允许的范围内,确保了矿井采动对村庄影响降到可控制范围内。对条件相似矿井的煤柱留设及地表变形预计有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Reasonable mountain village protection coal pillar in mine design can make sure the village and town safe, was one of the main problem mine design. Based on this problem, Heping Mine actual design condition was taken as an example, mountain village protection coal pillar stay method was introduced, the main deformation value of village after protection coal pillar stay was studied and checked, the result showed that village corresponding main deformation value of mined-out the nearest boundary from goaf was in permitted range, which ensured mine mining can be controlled within the scope of influence in villages. The technology provided guiding significance for similar mine coal pillar stay and surface deformation prediction.
