摘    要:探讨隔离开关接触电阻值的计算方法及影响因素,指导GN30-10Q隔离开关接触发热缺陷的现场处理.介绍GN30-10Q隔离开关的结构特点,在电接触理论基础上,分析触指移位对隔离开关接触电阻的影响,并给出相关计算公式.分析结果显示:触指移位量与隔离开关接触电阻值呈反比例函数关系,当触指偏移固定位置1cm时,隔离开关接触电阻值变化最大.触指位置是隔离开关接触电阻的重要影响因素,在设计、安装及检修隔离开关时均要对触指位置进行优化计算和紧固处理.

Abstract:Calculation method and influence factors of contact resistance value of disconnector are discussed, which can guide the field treatment of the contact overheating defect of GN30- IOQ disconnector. Structure characteristics of GN30-10Q disconnector are introduced. Base on the electrical contact theory, the influence of contact finger shift to the contact resistance of disconnector is analyzed, and relevant calculation formulas are given. Analysis result shows that the amount of contact finger shift has inverse proportion function relations with the value of the contact resistance of disconnector. The value of the contact resistance of disconnector reaches its max change value when the deviation of contact finger to the fixed position is up to lcm. The position of contact finger is an important factor influenced the contact resistance of disconnector. The optimal calculation and fastening treatment for the position of contact finger should be done during the design, installation and maintenance of disconnector.
