深部采空区下大断面硐室围岩稳定机理与控制研究

摘    要:矿井开采的规模在不断扩大,开采深度在不断增加,要求采区硐室(水泵房等硐室群)的尺寸加大且硐室位于采区下部高应力环境中,这些变化使得深部大断面硐室的布置及支护逐渐成为制约深部开采的瓶颈。针对这一问题,将大断面硐室布置在深部采空区下,避开围岩垂直应力集中区,采用锚杆索喷及锚杆索喷混凝土等联合支护方案。经研究实践表明,围岩变形量在可控范围内,支护效果显著,为矿井深部开采大断面硐室的布置与支护提供了新的思路与参考。

Abstract:With the development of mine exploit, the depth of mining increasing and the size of chamber (water pump house etc.) increasing, the arrangement and support of large cross section chamber became the bottle-neck in high stress area of deep mining. Based on the problem, large section chamber was set under deep goaf, which avoided the high vertical stress of surrounding rock, spray anchor cable and anchor rope combined support concrete spraying scheme was adopted. The research practice showed the deformation of surrounding rock was under control with good effect, provided arrangement and support for mine deep mining of large section chamber.
