打钻与瓦斯抽采精细化管理在赤峪煤矿的应用

摘    要:通过在首采C0202工作面开展打钻抽采精细化创新,实现了“钻到位、管到底、孔封严、水放通”,成孔率大大提高,孔口负压达到20kPa以上,单孔抽采浓度普遍达到40%以上,部分钻孔浓度达到90%以上,抽采量提高到原来的2.3倍,抽采效果显著提高。杜绝了瓦斯事故的发生,保障了安全回采。

Abstract:Through initial mining C0202 working face drilling extraction refinement innovation in Chiyu Mine, Shanxi Jindi Coke Mine Corporation Ltd., which realized “ drilling in place, good management, sealing hole, draining water”, improved the hole completion rate, orifice pressure reached more than 20 kPa, single extraction concentration more than 40%, part of the hole concentration more than 90%, the drainage volume was 2.3 times than the original, with obvious drilling effect, eliminated the gas accident and ensured the safety mining.
