钨钛钴类硬质合金表面亮花的形成及其对产品性能的影响

摘    要:分别制得有表面亮花和无表面亮花钨钛钴类硬质合金刀片,对两种刀片的形貌、组织结构、组织成份进行对比分析。分析了表面亮花的形成机理,探讨了烧结气氛、真空度、生产环境、产品碳含量及碳浓度差对亮花产生的影响。结果表明:亮花的产生改变了产品的组织分布,对产品的物理机械性能有一定的影响,降低了产品表面耐磨性和产品抗冲击性能。

Abstract:Two kinds of(W,Ti)C-Co cemented carbide insert were produced,and light spot was found on one kind of the inserts.The two kinds of inserts were compared and studied on the shape,microstructure and composition.The mechanism of light spot formation on the surface was analyzed.The effects of sintering atmosphere,vacuum,production environment,carbon content in product and carbon differential concentration on light spot formation were discussed.The results indicate that the microstructure is changed due to the li...
