Exolit系列新型无卤低烟低毒阻燃剂

介绍德国Clariant公司新近推出的Exolit系列无卤阻燃剂的特点、组成、应用范围及应用实例。Exolit系列阻燃剂分三类 ,第一类以聚磷酸铵 (APP)为基 ,牌号为ExolitAP ,有 8个品种 ;第二类以无卤有机磷化合物 (OP)为基 ,牌号为ExolitOP ,有 4个品种 ;第三类以红磷 (RP)为基 ,牌号为ExolitRP ,有 10个品种。所有Exolit阻燃剂都具有低毒、低烟、低渗出、高效、相容性好、对基材性能影响小等优点。有些牌号仍处于试生产和试用阶段。

Non-halogen, Low-smoke and Low-foxicity Flame Retardants-- Exolit Series

The Characteristics, compositions and applications of Exolit series flame retardants developed by Clariant Corporation in Gemany are introduced. There are three types of Exolit series which are based on ammonium polyphosphat (Exolit AP), organic phosphorus compounds (Exolit OP) and red phosphorus (Exolit RP) respecfully. All members of Exolit stries flame retardants possess advantages of low toxicity, low smoke, low migration, good compatibility, high efficiency and little effects on the physical mechanical properties of base materials. Some of them are still on the stage of pilot production and developing appilications.
