| 摘 要： | 集圈联接的纬编间隔织物是一种具有一定厚度的针织产品，可以用作增强复合材料的底布，本文通过对实验数据的分析，讨论了在电脑横机上用玻璃纤维编织此类产品时不同的工艺参数对产品的编织可靠性，产品的厚度和纤维含量等的影响，找出了它们之间的联系，达到了对产品生产工艺进行优化的目的，为此类产品的加工和应用提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The weft knitted spaced fabric is a kind of knitwear with a certain thickness.It can be used as a base structure for the fiber reinforced composite material.By a lot of experiment data about this fabric made of glass fibers in the computerized flat machine,the paper discusses the in fluence of the different knitting technique factors on the knitting reliability,structure thickness and fiber density and finds the relationship between them.The optimal knitting technique is given.It offers the basis for the manufacture and application about this fabric. |
