Machine Vision on-line Detection System for Irregular Bottled Solution Impurities

With alcohol, beverages and other industries increasingly focus on the personality of the product packaging, a large-scale of contour bottles are used,the market has become diversified. But it also requires a higher demand of detection links. Aiming at the irregular bottled solution impurities, this paper developed a machine vision on-line detection system. The paper elaborated on the principle and hardware architecture scheme of the system,and introduced the key algorithm and software flow chart.
