摘    要:在利用模清洁器改善全固化单频Nd∶YVO4激光器输出激光质量的基础上 ,利用准相位匹配 (QPM )技术抽运三共振周期性极化铌酸锂晶体组成的光学参量振荡器 (PPLNOPO) ,在低至 1 5mW的阈值抽运功率下获得2 1μm的近简并下转换光输出 ;当抽运功率为 6mW时 ,输出 0 9mW下转换光 ,光 光转换效率为 15 %。

Abstract:An optimized all solid state single frequency Nd∶YVO 4 laser at 1.06 μm with a mode cleaner was used to pump a optical parametric oscillator consisting of periodically poled LiNbO 3. The near degenerate subharmonic wave at 2.1 μm wavelength was obtained under a pumped threshold of 1.5 mW. The subharmonic output of 0.9 mW was produced at a pump power of 6 mW. The light to light conversion efficiency is 15%.
