鞍钢球团生产配加调军台精矿的试验研究

摘    要:由于调军台精矿粒度比较细(-320网目含量大于85%),用于球团生产后,有利于改善混合料的成球性能,当它与弓长岭精矿互换后,生球强度指标改善,粘结剂用量减少.但因其FeO含量较低,需要提高焙烧温度来保证成品球强度.

Abstract:Due to the fine size of Diaojuntai concentrate (-320 mesh over 85 percent), the balling property of the mixture after adding it to produce pellet is improved. The strength index of the green pellet is improved and the binder consumption reduced after substituting Gongchangling concentrate with Diaojuntai concentrate. The roasting temperature needs to be increased to guarantee the finish pellet strength owing to the low FeO content.
