摘    要:由于我国高品位磷资源紧缺,以中低品位磷矿通过料浆法生产磷铵被越来越多的磷复肥厂家所重视。采用中低品位磷矿,以200 kt/a料浆法磷铵为例,介绍稀磷酸经过二次中和生产磷酸二铵(DAP)装置的工艺设计要点、工艺控制参数和浓缩设备选型计算,以供同类型的生产装置设计参考。

Abstract:Because of the shortage of high grade phosphate rock, the ammonium phosphate production with low and medium grade phosphate rock by two-step neutralization and slurry concentrated process has been paid more and more attention by phosphate compound fertilizer enterprise. Taking the 200 kt/a DAP plant with the low and medium grade phosphate rock as the raw material as an example, process design essentials, control parameters and the calculation of thickening equipment selection are introduced to provide the reference for process design of Similar plant.
