| 摘 要： | 目的：比较两种不同能量钬激光在治疗输尿管上段结石中的效果。方法：对于输尿管上段结石,在输尿管镜下,分别采用60瓦钬激光和40瓦钬激光进行碎石治疗。结果：127例输尿管上段结石,输尿管镜下采用60瓦钬激光进行碎石治疗,碎石成功78例,成功率61.42%。145例输尿管上段结石,输尿管镜下采用40瓦钬激光碎石治疗,碎石成功107例,成功率73.79%。结论：对于输尿管上段结石,使用输尿管镜下碎石治疗时,使用能量较小的激光,碎石成功率更高。

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare the different energy holmium laser therapy efficacy in treat upper ureteral calculi through ureteroscope.Method： We use 60 watts and 40 watts holmium laser to treat upper ureteral calculi through ureteroscope.Result：There are 127 cases of 60 watts group,Stone was succeed broken in 78 cases,success rate is 61.42%.There are 143 cases of 40 watts group,Stone was succeed broken in 107 cases,success rate is 73.79%o.Conclusion： If we use holmium laser to treat upper ureteral calculi through ureteroscope,the lower energy will get the better result. |
