摘    要:介绍了粉末冶金止推轴承环、NT130汽车后桥差速器行星锥齿轮、冶金齿类零件的生产工艺流程,并对双金属阀座环、铁基双金属止推轴套、铁基双金属轴套(滑动轴承)等典型零件的粉末冶金摆辗成形过程进行了介绍。和其他成形方法相比,通过摆动辗压成形的零件,所需要的成形力大幅度降低,产品能耗和成本明显降低、产品强度提高10%以上。

Abstract:This paper introduces the technology of powder metallurgy for thrust bearing ring, automotive bevel gear of planetary rear differential of NT130, the metallurgy gear, and the rotary forging technology of bi-metal valve seat ring, ironbased bi-metallic thrust sleeve and iron-based bi metallic sleeve. Compared with the other forming methods, the forming force, energy consumption and cost of rotary forging can be reduced sharply, and the strength of the product can increase 10%.
