高中压合缸转子过临界振动问题研究及处理

摘    要:陕西国华锦界能源有限责任公司1号机组在投入运行后,1、2号轴振过临界振动逐渐增大,不得不采用动平衡方法予以消除。通过在高中压转子两端多次加重,每次加重后启机过临界时振动值较好,但运行一段时间至下次停机时过临界振动值再次增大且达到难以接受的程度。最后采用在高中压转子中间加重的平衡方法,使得机组过临界振动得以抑制。

Abstract:After unit 1 in Shaanxi Guohua Jinjie Energy Co.,Ltd.was put into operation,the No.1 and No.2 shaft vibration increases over the critical vibration and had to use dynamic balancing method to be eliminated.Through increasing the block several times at both ends of the high and medium pressure rotor,each time after the start the critical vibration value is better,but running for some time until the next shutdown the critical vibration value reached unacceptable levels.Finally,by using balancing method that increases block at the middle of high and medium pressure rotor,the over critical vibration of unit has been suppressed.
