开发利用云南滇东地区中低品位磷矿资源的展望

磷矿石的P2O5品位低是当前磷化工行业遇到的突出问题。根据滇东地区中低品位磷矿的特点,并结合当地磷化工业的格局,探讨开发利用中低品位磷矿资源的途径:一是优化矿种,合理用矿;二是采用磷矿烧结预处理技术,烧结料用作黄磷生产的原料;三是采用含碳还原球团-熔融冶炼等高新技术,提升钙镁磷肥企业的综合经济效益和市场竞争力,将滇东地区建成钙镁磷肥综合冶炼基地。

Prospects for development and utilization mid-low-grade phosphate rock in eastern Yunnan

The low phosphate rock grade is difficult problem in phosphate chemical industry at present. Based on the characteristics of mid-low-grade phosphate rock in eastern Yunnan, and combined with the local phosphate industry pattern, the development and utilization ways of mid-low-grade phosphate rock are discussed： the first is to optimize the minerals and utilize phosphate rock reasonably; the second is using per-sintering technology to treat the phosphate rock, which is used as the raw materials in yellow phosphorus production; the third is using high and new technology carbon reduction pellets-melting smelting, to improve the comprehensive economic benefit and market competitiveness of FCMP enterprises, to build the FCMP smehing base in eastern Yunnan.
