| 摘 要： | 分析了聚酯短纤维装置德国Autefa公司打包机预压缸的漏油原因,提出了改进措施。通过对缸体上端部改为分体法兰连接,采用德国Hunger原装密封件改进缸体与活塞的密封,有效地防止了预压缸漏油。

| Abstract: | The reasons for the oil leakage of pre-pressing cylinder of Germany Autefa baling press for polyester staple fiber plant were analyzed.The corresponding innovation measures were proposed.The leakage of the pre-pressing cylinder can be avoided ef- ficiently by using split-type flange for connecting the top part of the cylinder and Germany Hunger seal for the cylinder and pis- ton. |
