摘    要:在铝箔轧制中,接触摩擦对轧制变形区参数影响显著,采用弹塑性有限元方法,借助非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc对轧制过程进行计算,分析了接触摩擦对轧制力、出口厚度等轧制参数的影响,并将计算结果与现场数据进行对比,验证了模型的可靠性.其结论对轧制工艺参数的优化有重要意义,同时为在线的铝箔轧制板厚自动控制提供了参考控制模型,缩短了在线的调试时间.

Abstract:The friction produced a remarkable influence on aluminum foil rolling parameter.Using the elastic-plastic FEM,the aluminum foil rolling procedure had been simulated and analyzed with the nonlinear FEM software:MSC.Marc.The tension's influence on rolling force and aluminum foil thickness had been analyzed.The model's precision had been proved through the comparison of simulation results and real measure value.The results of this paper played a significant role to optimize the rolling process parameter and provided a control model to AGC system in aluminum foil rolling.The online debugging time had been shortened greatly.
