摘    要:广东省溢达纺织有限公司纺织综合废水水质参数:pH=10~14,ρ(CODCr)=1000~1500mg/L,ρ(BOD5)=300~450mg/L,ρ(SS)=300mg/L,ρ(S2-)=3mg/L,水温40~50℃,色度400~600倍。采用水解酸化-生物接触氧化法处理,运行结果表明,处理后出水:pH=7~8,ρ(CODCr)=89mg/L,ρ(BOD5)=20mg/L,ρ(SS)=54mg/L,ρ(S2-)=0.8mg/L,色度31倍,符合排放要求。

Abstract:The quality parameters of the combined wastewater from the textile production of Guangdong Yi-da Textile Co.,Ltd.were:pH=10~14,ρ(COD Cr )=1000~1500mg/L,ρ(BOD 5 )=300~450mg/L,ρ(SS)=300mg/L,ρ(S 2- )=3mg/L,water temperature=40~50℃,and chroma=400~600times.The wastewater was treated by a process of hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation.The results of the operation showed that the quality parameters of the effluent water after the treatment were as follows:pH=7~8,ρ(COD Cr )=89mg/L,ρ(BOD 5 )=20mg/L,ρ(SS)=54mg/L,ρ(S 2- )=0.8mg/L,and chroma=31times,indicating that the quali-ty of the treated wastewater met the discharge standard.
