Control and comprehensive utilization of solid waste from ironmaking

Large amount of solid waste generated from ironmaking process is a common problem of iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad. Led by the policy " circular economy" , these iron and steel enterprises now more and more highlight on control and comprehensive utilization of solid waste along with increasingly intensive market competition. The author analyzes various solid waste existed in ironmaking system and describes succeed of solid waste control and utilization by developing new recovery technology and adopting opportunity cost technique. The result shows that not only the product quality remains, but also the considerable economical benefit is realized.
