U型弯曲支撑件冲模设计

摘    要:根据制件的形状和生产要求,对U型弯曲支撑件进行了冲压工艺分析,重点阐述了冲压工艺方案的确定,并进行了排样设计;介绍了各种力和压力中心等工艺计算。采用冲孔-翻孔-弯曲-校正弯曲多工位级进模,提高了生产效率,减小了劳动强度。

Abstract:Based on part shape and production requirement process analysis was carried out for U-shaped bending supporting part. This paper focuses on the determination of the stamping process plan and layout design. Calculation of pressure center and various forces was introduced. Multi-position progressive die, including blanking, burring, bending and sizing bending was adopted to improve production efficiency and reduce work intensity.
