| 摘 要： | 根据制件的形状和生产要求，对U型弯曲支撑件进行了冲压工艺分析，重点阐述了冲压工艺方案的确定，并进行了排样设计；介绍了各种力和压力中心等工艺计算。采用冲孔-翻孔-弯曲-校正弯曲多工位级进模，提高了生产效率，减小了劳动强度。

| Abstract: | Based on part shape and production requirement process analysis was carried out for U-shaped bending supporting part. This paper focuses on the determination of the stamping process plan and layout design. Calculation of pressure center and various forces was introduced. Multi-position progressive die, including blanking, burring, bending and sizing bending was adopted to improve production efficiency and reduce work intensity. |
