无机添加剂影响坯料性能的数学模型

摘    要:本文以景德镇地区坯料为基础,选用各种无机添加剂,通过正交实验,线性回归、二次正交回归等数理统计方法安排实验,测得坯料可塑性、干燥强度、最后进行数据处理,在给定的区域上的因素与指标之间,找出一个函数表达式,建立不同添加剂与坯料工艺性能之间的数学模型,确定最佳添加剂的种数,比例和加入量,以便用它来指导生产。

Abstract:Several selected inorganic additives are usually added to Jingde-zhen region ceramic bodies. An experimental plan is designed employing the orthogonaltest. Plastic index and drying shrinkage of bodies are measured. The data are manipu-lated by using linear and qnadratic orthogonal regression. Tie relationship between atarget and factors in the whole region is deduced. Mathematieal model for the technicproperties, controling th production, in relation to all kinds of additives ts alsoestablished.
