摘    要:本文介绍了一种利用胶体滴定技术测试和研判纸料整体电性的简便分析方法.其关键技术在于反滴定法的灵活应用以及对滴定终点的明确指定.根据试验过程中标准溶液PVSK、DPPM的加入量和消耗量,可以分别计算出纸料的阳离子需求量、阴离子需求量及胶体滴定比CTR.根据CTR的值判断纸料的电性及其强弱.CTR值接近1,纸料的电性呈中性;CTR越大,纸料的阳离子性越强;CTR越小,纸料阴离子性越强.该方法有利于造纸系统的湿部过程检验和生产控制.

A Simple Analysis Technology for Stock Charge

Abstract:A simple method for charge analysis using colloidal titration principle to determine charge characteristics of pulp stock is introduced. The key technique is actively using back titration methods and definitely designating the end point color to improve the accuracy of preexisting colloidal titration methods. The cationic and anionic demands, as well as the colloidal titration ratio, are calculated according to the consumption of PVSK and DDPM standard solutions used in the colloidal titration. The charge characteristics of stock are determined according to CTR value. CTR around 1 means that stock is near neutral; the more CTR > 1, the more positive the stocks are; and vice verse, the more CT<1, the more negative the stocks are. The analysis technology is beneficial for paper mills to control the wet end in papermaking processes.
