摘    要:以对羟基苯甲酸和甲醇为原料合成对羟基苯甲酸甲酯的催化剂及反应条件进行研究.考察催化剂用量、反应时间、醇酸比等对合成产物的影响,给出适宜的酯化工艺条件,此时对羟基苯甲酸酯合成反应的酯化率为84.6%,实验表明,固载杂多酸(盐)TiSiW12O40/TiO2是合成对羟基苯甲酸甲酯的良好催化剂。目标产物经熔点测定和红外光谱检测,其熔点和文献值相吻合,红外谱图与相应的标准谱图一致.

Abstract:The heteropoly acid (salts) was used as catalyst for the synthesis of methyl p-hydroxyl benzoate, which is a food preservative. The optimum experimental conditions were obtained. Effects of the amount of the catalyst, the reaction time and the ratio of reactants were investigated. Under the condition, the yield of methyl p-hydroxyl benzoate could reach 84.6 %. The melting point tested in this study agrees to literature value, and its IR spectrum is consistent with the standard.
