| 摘 要： | 本文介绍厨余垃圾的概念、特点及其危害，分析目前处理厨余垃圾基本方法的优缺点。针对这些处理方法的缺点，本文介绍了一种不间断产气的沼气罐，将更好地实现对厨余垃圾的资源化利用。
