混凝沉淀&ABR&BAF组合工艺处理生物制药废水

摘    要:采用ABR(折流板反应器)&BAF(曝气生物滤池)组合工艺处理生物制药废水,运行结果表明,在进水CODcr4000—5000mg/L,BOD51900—2400mg/L,时,处理后出水可达到《污水排入城市下水道水质标准》(CJ3082—1999)以及广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26~2001)第二时段三级标准中较为严格的标准:CODcr≤500mg/L,BOD5≤300mg/L。该工艺简单,占地面积小,运行方便,运行费用低。

Abstract:ABR(Anaerobic Baffled Reactor) & BAF(biological aerated filter) combination-processes was used to treat wastewater of biological drugs manufacture.The operation results showed that when the water was processed and the CODcr was 4000~5000 mg/L,BOD5 was 1900~2400 mg/L,the quality of the obtained effluent water could achieve more strictly value between sewage discharged into the city sewer water quality standards(CJ3082-1999)and the Water pollutants emission limits in Guangdong(DB44/26-2001).In the third stand...
