聚对苯撑的合成与气相掺杂

摘    要:以苯为单体,在催化体系AlCl3-CuCl2的作用下,聚合制得聚对苯撑粉末。讨论了AlCl3和CuCl2比率、聚合时间和温度对产率的影响。用AlCl3作为掺杂剂对聚对苯撑进行气相掺杂,考查了掺杂时间、温度、暴空时间笃其电导率的影响。借助红外光谱、X射线衍射研究了气相掺杂对聚对苯撑结构的影响。

Abstract:Polyparaphenylene(PPP) powder has been obtained by polymerization under AlCl3-CuCl2 catalysts with benzene as the monomer. This article discussed the influence of the ratio of A1C13 to CuCl2, polymerizing time and temperature on the productivity. Gas doping to PPP was experimented by using A1C13 as the doping agent- Doping time,temperature,exposure time and their influences on PPP conductivity have I)een studied. With the help of IR and X-ray,the influence of gas-doping on PPP structure was discussed.
